Hello pals! Pleased Friday and hello from Manhattan Seaside! I’m right here for a mastermind occasion with Jill Coleman aka JillFit (my enterprise coach and mentor for years), some pals and fellow well being professionals. It was my forty first birthday. I had a beautiful dinner with Giselle and Amber right here in LA, and I’m celebrating with the fam this weekend. Whereas this 12 months positively had its ups and downs, I’m feeling hopeful and excited for this subsequent 12 months, and stuffed with gratitude for all of life’s lovely blessings, together with all of you. I by no means take my *job* without any consideration and sit up for connecting with all of you each single day.

An incredible weekend with our Kleiger fam! They got here into city for Homecoming final weekend since as soon as of their kiddos is contemplating turning into a wildcat 🙂 We packed a lot into the weekend: tailgating, the soccer recreation, Gavi, Betsy and I took a scorching yoga class, went purchasing, the children went to the trampoline park, and Mexican meals for dinner. One of the best.

Vivrelle! They reached out to me some time in the past and I used to be immediately intrigued after I noticed “luxurious purse and jewellery rental.” I’ve *actually* tried to tug again my purchasing this 12 months, and renting provides me the *new* feeling with out spending a ton. Calling it quits on Frozen River. It has so many nice critiques and whereas I used to be hooked for the primary couple of chapters, I’m bored to tears. It’s so gradual. There are too many nice books on the market to spend time slogging via this one.

I started a Substack! Nothing will change right here on the weblog, however my Substack posts are going to be a bit of extra random and behind-the-scenes than the mostly-professional ones I submit right here 😉 I’d love it if you’d follow along! I’ll be posting no less than as soon as per week.
